How does it feel to be at the peak of the mountain, almost 8000 ft above the ground level surrounded by serene landscapes and clouds?  If you are really curious to find out how it looks from the above, then come along we're going on an adventure.

The best way to experience the raw beauty is to trek. When you say goodbye to all the luxuries and put all your strength to nature instead of glass buildings, it's like a call-up from nature.


Trekking is somewhat like a picnic but a thrilling and exciting one, Where your physical skills will be tested and trust me it's worth it. A trip in which you'll feel refreshing even when you'll be sweating.


So, here is the list of 5 treks in India which will amaze you, Do take a break and say hello to life!


Tosh Valley trek (quite and serene)

Camping in Tosh valley is something that'll amaze you
Difficulty Level - Easy 

Elevation- 4500 m

Best time to Visit-  Mainly Summers (May-September)

Tosh valley, situated almost 2 miles away from Parvati valley in Kasol. A destination worth watching.
Trek to tosh valley begins from Barsheni (5-6 km from Manikaran). Trek starts from tough  mountains to sound and quite forest area filled with lots of ups and downs this trek of 5 km offers you with staggering views, you'll even get to see 2-3 waterfall in between once you reach the top the view from there will be astonishing and you'll remember that 5 km journey as one the most quite and serene journeys you ever had.

Estimated time: 45 min- 1 hour

Quick tip- While starting the journey from Barsheni do carry all your cash because there'll be not atm Tosh and valley and don't take a cab if you want to enjoy the view and do make a stay from 1-2 days in the tosh valley.





Chandrakhani Pass trek (Snow Carpet) 


The Moderate level looking Trek will leave with infinite landscapes






















Difficulty Level - Moderate

Elevation- 3780 m

Best time to Visit-  March-august

located at an elevation of around 3780 m, the Chandrakhani Pass makes it for an astounding trek experience in the Kullu valley of Himachal Pradesh. It is located near about 21 km away from Manali. The journey which will take 4-5 days with all the proper accessories and will test one's patience to fight with the scenario but those 4-5 days will offer you with endless views,Roads less traveled, astonishing sunsets and sunrise as well as loads of lakes in between.

Quick tip- Do take all the needed items with you such as rope,food, and tent and Camping is something to look out for.




Kheerganga Trek (Refreshing)

Difficulty Level- Moderate

Elevation- 4000 m

Best time to visit - May- August

A trek so beautiful that the Physical workout will be like a picnic, a destination so picturesque that you'll fell like that you're in the land of Heidi, A dreamlike Natural pool surrounded by snow but warmed by hot springs. 12 km from barsheni , a hilly pathway with loads of waterfall in between filled with Apple orchids and once you reach the top, camping is something to look out for in kheer Ganga.

Quick tip- Do talk to the villagers who lives in between the route from barsheni to kheerGangaa and especially do taste that Himachali maggi with different flavours and camping in clouds will be like a dream to you.




Beas Kund (Never Settling lake)

Elevation- 3800 m

Best time to trek- May-October


The trek that stretches from the famous Solang valley near Manali will enchant you with the beautiful water bodies of Himachal Pradesh. This traipse is suitable for all those who have just begun their adventure journey and do not wish to challenge their bodies. A short trek of 16 km can be covered in 2 days. The end point of the trek is the Beas Kund and the glacier that feeds the fierce water of River Beas.


Quick tip- With the beauty of valleys of Kullu and Manali, waterfalls and the grandeur of Pir Panjal ranges in the backdrop, this trek will keep you connected with nature throughout.



Kareri Lake Trek ( A tough one)

An enjoyable but tough one
Difficulty Level- Easy

Elevation- 3300m

Best time to Visit - March-June

The Kareri lake settles in the Dhauladhar ranges. The melting snow from the ranges is the main source of cobalt blue waters of the lake. For this easy trek , you have to begin your journey from the Ghera village which lies at a distance of 20 km from Dharamshala. After reaching the Triund this trek will further take you on a trail to the virgin meadows and lakes. The trek of 34 km can be covered in 2 days. Your trek ends at  Kareri village with the Dhauladhar ranges in the backdrop, where you can set your tents for the night to appreciate the moon- lit Kareri lake.


Quick tip- The main attraction of the trek lies in the Lam Dal lake which apart from mesmerizing you with its grand beauty also holds the religious importance. You can set your tents in for the night to spend a night on the banks of this holy river.
